% 20.04.2017 Vide order dated 11.01.2017, the parties were referred to the mediation. The settlement agreement dated 15.04.2017 between the petitioner and Respondent no. 6 has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disputes between the parties have been resolved by virtue of the settlement agreement and no further dispute remains between the parties.

The Settlement Agreement is taken on record. Parties to the agreement shall remain bound by the terms as agreed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the dispute with Respondent no. 6 has been resolved, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
