By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.175/2021 dated 25.05.2021 registered under Sections 376/323/506/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 at PS: Patparganj Industrial Area and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 3.

As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
