The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 597/2025 dated 05.12.2025, registered at P.S. Subzi Mandi, Delhi, under Sections 221/132/121(1)/324(4)/351(3)/3(5) BNS (Corresponding Sections 186/353/332/427/506/34 IPC) and Section 27 of Arms Act. 2.
As per the brief allegations appearing in the FIR, the police team had some tip-off regarding some illegal arms concealed near one akhara and when the team reached there, they were obstructed by several persons. 3.
Applicant herein is also one of those persons. 4.
His one co-accused had even taken out some pistol and threatened the police team.

Since a big crowd collected at the spot, though, two such persons were apprehended at the spot, rest were able to flee away. 6.

admittedly, as per the allegations, he was present at the spot and had, as alleged, obstructed the police team.

When the present matter was taken up on 13.02.2026, keeping in mind the limited role of the applicant and the fact that he was, hardly, 19 years of age and the fact that he was having no previous involvement of any nature, he was directed to join investigation with further direction to police not to take any precipitative and coercive steps against him. 8.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State, who is assisted by the Investigating Officer, submits that in terms of order dated 13.02.2026, passed by this Court, the applicant has already joined investigation. He also submits that various other co-accused are already on regular bail. 9.
The applicant has already joined the investigation and it seems that his custodial interrogation is not required.

Accordingly, keeping in mind the overall facts, the abovesaid interim order dated 13.02.2026 is, hereby, made absolute and it is directed that applicant shall keep on assisting the investigating agency and would join the investigation as and when so directed. In the event of his arrest, he be released on bail by the concerned SHO/IO/arresting officer, on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs.25,000/- each. 11.
