% 01.02.2018 Ms. Kirti Kaushal alias Ekta has been produced. She is present with her husband Ashish (respondent No. 3). We have interacted with her and Ashish in chamber.

Ms. Kirti Kaushal alias Ekta states that she has got married with Ashish out of her own free will and accord and she wishes to reside with him.

Ms. Kirti Kaushal alias Ekta is a major and since she has got married to Ashish and living with him out of her own free will and accord, no further orders can be passed in this petition for her return to the petitioner. We, accordingly, dispose of this petition. We direct the SHO, Police Station Anand Parbat, New Delhi to ensure safe passage to Ms. Kirti Kaushal alias Ekta and Ashish to their place of residence at Village Garhia Hansram, Narakho, Firozabad, U.P. The petitioner has been advised and cautioned not to take law into his own hands and not to issue any threats to his daughter and son-in-law.
