Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the Orders dated 16.03.2020, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, in Cr. Rev. Pets No.552/2017, 553/2017, 554/2014, 555/2017. 2.
It is the case of the Petitioners that their case is squarely covered by the Judgment of the Apex Court in Gimpex (P) Ltd. v. Manoj Goel, 2021 SCC OnLine SC 925 inasmuch as the parties have entered into a settlement and the consequences of not adhering to the conditions as stated in the settlement are mentioned in the settlement agreement and, therefore, the Complaint is not maintainable.

When this Court made a suggestion to the Petitioners, who are appearing in person, that all these matters are to be proved before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage, the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
the present Petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Petitions, at an appropriate stage. 4.
