The petition is for directions to Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council [MSEFC] to process the petitioner's reference dated 09.11.2025 under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 [The Act]. The petitioner's grievance is that the reference has not been listed even once after its filing. Section 18(5) of the Act requires every reference has to be mandatorily decided by the MSEFC within ninety days from the date of its filing. 2.

In view thereof, the Court finds it apposite to direct the respondents to decide the petitioner's reference with due expedition, not beyond thirty days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order passed today.
