The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [""BNSS"], assailing a notice of appearance dated 20.11.2025 issued to him, under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, in connection with FIR No. 168/2022, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, dated 18.06.2022 under Sections 419/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states, upon advance notice, that another notice has been issued under Section 35(3) for the petitioner's appearance on 27.02.2026. Mr. Haraprasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner will appear before the Investigating Officer on the said date. 3.
