After some hearing, Mr. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"] with liberty to move the Court again, if necessary, after a proper invocation of the arbitration clause in terms of Section 21 of the Act. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The pending application also stands disposed of.
