Since learned APP for the State points out that only IO is to be examined, learned counsel for the petitioner after partly making submissions does not press the bail application. He further prays that learned Trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial in a time bound manner. 2.
Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to the learned Trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of hearing fixed before the learned Trial Court. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. A copy this order be forwarded to learned Trial Court for information and compliance.
