This application has been filed by the applicant under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.'), praying for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No.0229/2017 registered at Police Station: Badarpur, South-East District, Delhi under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').

Pursuant to the order of this court dated 08.05.2024, the applicant is stated to have appeared before the Investigating Officer (IO) and has also cooperated in the investigation. 3.

Subject to the condition that the applicant continues to appear before the IO as and when called for, and joins in the investigation, if being required, it is directed that in the event of arrest in FIR No.0229/2017 registered at Police Station: Badarpur, South-East District, Delhi under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC the applicant shall be released on bail, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. sum of Rs.10,000/- with one local surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the following conditions:

(i) that the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, try to contact/influence the complainant or any other witness(s) or tamper with evidence of the case; and (ii) that the applicant shall furnish his mobile phone/landline number and residential address to the IO/SHO concerned and shall keep his mobile/landline phones operational at all times during this period, and in the event of any change of the same, will immediately inform the same to the IO/SHO;
