BAIL APPLN. 508/2024 An application under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0853/2023, under Sections 307/147/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at PS: Keshavpuram, Delhi.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

At the outset, it may be observed that anticipatory bail application preferred on behalf of co-accused Ankit Khari (BAIL APPLN. 137/2024) has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2024.
