CM APPL No.2151/2020 The learned counsel for the appellant submit the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide MoU dated 12.01.2020 in terms of para 1 to 8 of the said MoU. It is stated the said compromise has been arrived at voluntarily by the parties, without any undue influence from any corner and the appeal be disposed of in terms thereof.
In view of the submissions so made, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of para 1 to 8 of the MoU dated 12.01.2020. The FDR bearing no. 15530310418611 dated 03.04.2014 shall be got encashed and the amount so received with upto date interest be distributed
between the appellant and the respondent equally. Parties to be bound by the settlement so arrived at.
No order as to costs.
