By way of present application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of one month in FIR No. 448/2022 registered under Sections 376(2)F&N/328/506 IPC and Section 6 POCSO at P.S. Shahbad Dairy on the ground that his two cousins are getting married. 3.

Applicant was earlier granted interim bail for a period of 8 days by this Court on the ground that his brother had expired and that he had to perform his last rituals rites. It is informed that prosecution evidence is yet to begin.

I find no ground to release the applicant on interim bail. 5.

Bail application is dismissed alongwith miscellaneous application. 6.

Copy of the order be communicated to the applicant through the concerned Jail Superintendent.
