Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Narender Pal Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of DPCC - the contesting respondent. 3.

The sole grievance is that the petitioner has not been afforded an opportunity of hearing before passing the impugned order. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - DPCC tries to justify that the action has been taken pursuant to the directions passed by the NGT. However, in any case, the principles of natural justice will have to be complied with, if any action is contemplated against the petitioner. 5.
