The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 assailing the impugned order dated 15th January, 2026, passed by the learned Trial Court in RCA No. 39/2025, whereby an application of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17th December, 2025, vide which the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the decretal amount before the executing court, has been dismissed. 3.

During the course of arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
