The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"(a) Quash FIR No. 0557/2014 U/S 3/7/10 of E.C. Act 1955 at PS Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and all other criminal proceedings initiated thereunder against petitioner; and (b) Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, proper & expedite in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein before the learned Trial Court. 3.
