Applicant seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No.265/2025 dated 23.09.2025, registered at P.S. Crime Branch, for commission of offences under Sections 22/25 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).

It is submitted that the accused i.e. applicant herein was arrested on 23.09.2025 and the charge-sheet has yet not been filed. 3.

Learned Addl. P.P. for State, on instructions from IO-SI, submits that the investigation is on-going and the charge-sheet would be, positively, filed by end of March, 2026.

In view of the aforesaid assurance and without prejudice to her rights and contentions, learned counsel for applicant does not press the present bail application with liberty to file the same afresh once charge-sheet is filed.
