% 14.08.2020 (Hearing through Video Conferencing) Vide the present petition, the applicant has sought quashing of proceedings under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. qua FIR No. 502/2019 Police Station Dwarka South under Sections 376/377/380/420/509/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised this Court that in Bail Appln. No. 2182/2020, the applicant has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court today, and thus the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner Crl.M.C. 6756/2019 is sought to be withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
