The grievance of the petitioner is very limited in nature. 2.

He had already filed a complaint and application under Section 175 (3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and, while taking up the abovesaid application, the concerned ACP of District Investigation Unit (DIU) was directed to file an Action Taken Report, on the aspects mentioned in order dated 07.08.2025.

It is submitted that the concerned Investigating Agency is taking date after date and has not filed any Action Taken Report. 4.

Learned APP for the State is present alongwith I.O.- SI Vikash Yadav and it is assured that by the next date of hearing i.e. 16.02.2026, the Action Taken Report would be filed before the concerned Magisterial Court. 5.

In view of the above, the petitioner does not pray for any further relief, at the moment.

The present petition, while taking above assurance on record, is disposed of, as not pressed.
