By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek an expeditious decision on their application for interim maintenance, which is pending before the Family Court, South-East District, Saket Courts. 2.

The petitioners may approach the Family Court for such relief, which will be considered in accordance with law, having regard to the position of the Board and the age of matters pending before the Family Court.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of in these terms.

It is made clear that notice has not been issued to the respondent, and it is open to the Family Court to take such a decision in accordance with law, as it considers appropriate, upon notice to the respondent.
