2. Ms. Puja Kalra, the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation submits that the property owner has filed an appeal against the orders of the Corporation before the Appellate Tribunal-MCD. The case was listed on 18.08.2020 and 07.09.2020. In other words, statutory process has been initiated. The Corporation assures the Court that it will take action as per law. The petitioner shall be kept informed about the progress in the matter.

3. No further orders are required.

4. The petitioner is free to take recourse to law, should there be any subsisting grievance.

5. The petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in the above terms.
