The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC'), seeking setting aside of the order dated 24.03.2023 (hereafter 'Impugned order'), passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

It is not disputed that the order passed by the learned Trial Court is revisable under Section 397 of the CrPC. The revision, in such circumstances, would lie before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge having jurisdiction.
