By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 427/2025 dated 21.09.2025, registered at Police Station Anand Vihar, District Shahdara, New Delhi, under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The status report handed up by Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is taken on record. 3.

After some hearing, Mr. S.P. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant to renew his application for bail before the learned Sessions Court after examination of the material witnesses.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission.

Mr. Sharma also seeks a direction upon the learned Sessions Court to expedite the trial. It is open to the applicant to make the said request before the learned Sessions Court, which may consider the same in accordance with its own board, and the age of the matters pending before it.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which may be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
