The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that no action has been taken on his complaints dated 12.02.2017 and 16.03.2021 qua the property bearing Khasra No. 639/35/1/2 situated at Humayunpur, Delhi.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State ('ASC') submits that the complaint dated 12.02.2017 was enquired into and was closed after the EO found that neither the lock of the property was broken nor was anyone forcefully occupying the same. In regard to the complaint dated 16.03.2021, she states that no such complaint was received. 3.

The copy of the complaint has been handed over to the learned ASC today in Court.

The learned ASC assures that an appropriate action will be taken on the complaint which has been handed over today, in a time bound manner. She submits that the complaint will be looked into and necessary action in accordance with law would be taken.

In view of the above, I do not consider it apposite to keep the present petition pending.

The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate in case any grievance remains in future.
