Fresh petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of period of arbitral proceedings for six months w.e.f 10.02.2024. It is submitted that the arguments have commenced before the learned Arbitrator. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance Notice and submits that he has no objection to extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by another six months w.e.f 10.02.2024 for concluding the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal.
