The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks.

Learned ASC for the State, as per information, states that petitioner's representation in terms of order dated 14.01.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(Crl.) 128/2026, has since been rejected.

Though, learned counsel for the petitioner is yet to receive a copy of the aforesaid order, she seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in terms of the rejection of the earlier petition filed by the petitioner with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
