of mandate of ld. Arbitrator. The dispute between the parties in the present matter pertains to an agreement dated 16th December, 2015 by which the Respondent was registered as a vendor for the Petitioner. Disputes had arisen due to failure of the Respondent in completion of the assignment given by the Petitioner and non-compliance of the contractual obligations. Thus, the matter was referred to Arbitration vide order dated 25th January, 2019. It is seen from the proceeding sheets of the Tribunal that the proceedings are at the stage of final hearing. 6.

After having perused the dates and chronology of events, it is directed that the mandate of ld. Arbitrator shall stand extended till 30th September, 2024.

It is made clear that ld. Arbitrator shall not give unnecessary adjournments to the parties.

Petition is disposed of.
