Learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submits that since the petitioner was unable to comply with the direction given vide order dated 26.11.2024, the possession of the subject premises has already been handed over by the petitioner to the respondent on 10.02.2025.

As such relying upon N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous and nothing is surviving therein. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application(s), is disposed of.
