During the course of hearing, it transpires that vide communication dated 13.02.2026, the respondent has supplied to the petitioner a broadbased list of empanelled arbitrators of the respondent in terms of the directions contained in Paragraph 10(a) of the judgment / order dated 18.12.2025 passed in ARB.P.1560/2025.

The petitioner submits that he has no objection to the person mentioned at Serial No.16 of the said list viz. Mr. Atul Kumar Garg (Mobile No.: +91 9868020537) being appointed as the Arbitrator in the matter. The same is acceded to by the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.

It is assured and undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondent that a necessary communication in this regard shall be issued as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within a period of one week from today.
