This is an execution petition seeking execution of the decree dated 23.11.1998 passed by this Court in the Suit No. 1511 of 1998. 2.
As per the consent decree, the decree holder was to get the value of 22 sq. yds. in respect of the property bearing No. E-111, Greater Kailash Enclave - I, New Delhi-110001.

The decree holder is present in Court through video conferencing mode and the judgment debtor No.1 is present in Court. 4.
After some discussions, the parties have arrived at a settlement, wherein it has been agreed that the value of 22 sq. yds. in property bearing No. E-111, Greater Kailash Enclave - I, New Delhi-110001 is valued at Rs. 70 lakhs.

The judgment debtor No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs. 50 lakhs on or before 15.02.2024 to the decree holder by way of a demand draft. The balance sum of Rs. 20 lakhs shall be paid on or before 31.03.2024. On payment of Rs. 70 lakhs in the manner as aforesaid, the decree shall stand satisfied and the decree holder shall have no claim of any sort against the judgment debtor No.1.

The amount paid by the judgment debtor No.1 shall also be on behalf of the judgment debtor No.2.

The execution petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
