Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, inasmuch as the present petition may be barred under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought, granted. 3.
