Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the Allahabad High Court challenging the Order dated 25.10.2023 passed by the Drugs Controller General fixing compensation of Rs.1,22,71,000/- for the claim of Vinay Jaiswal, who was Petitioner in W.P.(C) 8480/2022 before the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court.

It is made clear that the Petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition on the suggestion given by this Court that it would be appropriate that one High Court deals with the matter in its entirety.
