By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:

"i. Pass a writ/order/instruction in the nature of mandamus in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent thereby directing the S.H.O./I.O. Police Station Moti Nagar, New Delhi to provide the copy of the complaint bearing No.LC-2349/SHO/MN dated 24.11.2025 lodged by Sh. Navdeep Yadav son of Sh. Omkar Yadav R/o H. No.22, Pandwala Khurd, Najafgarh, New Delhi to the petitioner.

ii. Pass a writ/order/instruction in the nature of mandamus in favour of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Police Station Moti Nagar, New Delhi to allow the SPA holder of the petitioner to participate in the investigation in complaint bearing No.LC-2349/SHO/MN dated 24.11.2025 lodged by Sh. Navdeep Yadav. iv. Pass a writ/order/instruction in the nature of mandamus in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent thereby directing the S.H.O./I.O. Police Station Moti Nagar, New Delhi to allow the counsel of the petitioner to participate in the investigation on behalf of the petitioner in complaint bearing No.LC-2349/SHO/MN dated 24.11.2025 lodged by Sh. Navdeep Yadav.

v. Pass a writ/order/instruction in the nature of prohibition in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent thereby prohibiting the S.H.O./I.O. Police Station Moti Nagar, New Delhi from making any correspondences through Ministry of External Affairs and Consulate of India in U.K. at the working place of the petitioner."

Issue notice. The learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant accept notice. 5.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he does not want to press prayer nos. 3 to 5 in the present case. However, it is prayed that the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) from the Police Station Moti Nagar be directed to provide the copy of the complaint bearing No. LC2349/SHO/MN, dated 24.11.2025 to the petitioner. It is also contended that the petitioner herein be allowed to join inquiry through the videoconferencing in the present case as she is currently residing at 49, Oatland Gardens Leeds West Yorkshire LS7 ISJ, England, United Kingdom. 6.

Having heard arguments addressed on behalf of both sides, it is directed that the Investigating Officer concerned shall provide a copy of the complaint bearing No. LC-2349/SHO/MN, dated 24.11.2025, registered at The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

However, it is clarified that the said direction is only for inquiry proceedings and not for any future investigation in this case. 7.
