Present Public Interest Petition has been filed alleging rampant corruption, illegal appointments and illegal extensions of service given to contractual staff at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital (BSAMCH), Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi.

The petitioner, who appears in person, states that there is rampant corruption at BSAMCH with unqualified people being appointed as 'Tutors' and illegal extensions beyond the stipulated period of three years being granted to both qualified and unqualified 'Tutors', hired on contractual basis.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has made a representation dated 11th November, 2023 to the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor with a copy marked to the Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, GNCTD.

Since the said representation has not been disposed of till date, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 11th November, 2023 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
