The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the ADM, New Delhi (Appellate Authority) to decide the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2006. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed the aforesaid appeal against the order passed by the respondent no.1/NDMC on 22nd May, 2025. The said appeal was filed on 10th July, 2025. However, the same is yet to be listed before the Appellate Authority. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to forthwith take up the aforesaid appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass appropriate interim directions after hearing the parties.
