It is stated that the parties have mutually resolved the disputes between them. In terms of the agreement, a cheque of Rs.1,68,132/- has been handed over to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Court today by the learned Counsel for the Insurance Company in compliance of the orders of the insurance ombudsmen.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
