% 15.10.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties apprised this Court that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 30th September, 2024.

The copy of the said settlement agreement has been placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition. Leave granted.

The petition alongwith pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
