Mr. Satyakam, counsel for the Petitioner, states that when the petition was initially filed, the Petitioner had limited information and raised limited grounds in the petition. In such circumstances, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file again, in case the need so arises, by filing detailed petition raising additional grounds. 2.

Mr. Amit Rohilla, counsel for Respondent, on instructions, states that they have no objection to the aforenoted request, subject to just exceptions. 3.

In light of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
