It is informed that a settlement has been arrived at with the accused company in pursuance of which the amounts have been received by the complainant and the matter is listed before the Ld. Trial Court for withdrawal of the proceedings.

Learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions, submits that the complaints would be withdrawn on the next date of hearing before the trial court.

Considering the above, the matter is disposed of alongwith the pending applications with liberty to the petitioner to revive the proceedings if the need so arises.
