The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to make a representation to Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) or the Town Vending Committee (TVC) for permitting the petitioner to vend at a site for more than thirty minutes at a time as the petitioner is engaged in providing food stuffs with gas cylinder / fire and it is not feasible for the petitioner to move after every thirty minutes. 2.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the MCD and / or the TVC.
The MCD and / or the TVC shall consider the same in accordance with law.
Pending application is also dismissed.
