This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may please to allow this writ petition and may further be please to: (i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the ministry of Home Affairs to grant the benefits of Non-Practicing Allowance to the petitioners as parity with the Doctors of CRPF.

(ii) Pass any other order this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice."

One of the submissions of Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, Adv. for the petitioners is, despite representation for grant of NPA by the petitioners who are Pharmacist working in the CRPF, the same has not been considered. 3.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned Sr. Panel Counsel for the respondents on instructions states, they shall consider the present petition as a representation and dispose of the same within 12 weeks as an outer limit. The submission is taken on record.
