% 12.01.2018 Petitioner is a resident of address mentioned in the petition. She is apprehensive that respondent no.2 (alleged to be her step father) who has an eye on her will force her to marry him. This is the reason why respondent no.2 and respondent no.3 (natural mother) are calling her back to her home. She is not willing to join them for the aforenoted reasons. She is an adult. Learned counsel for the State who has put in appearance on advance notice informs this Court that the concerned police station Meharauli has been informed of the predicament of the petitioner and the SHO, Division Staff and the beat constable have been sensitized on this issue. Mobile number of the beat SHO and beat constable have been furnished to the petitioner who is at liberty to contact them in case of emergency/exigency.

Needless to state that adequate and full protection should be afforded to the petitioner as and when needed. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
