There appears to be status report filed by the respondent-Corporation. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of the stand taken by the respondent-Corporation, the DISCOM be directed to provide the electricity connection.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, however, clarifies that there is ambiguity with respect to the property in question and therefore, the respondent-Corporation has examined the matter only in the context of the documents which are enclosed in the instant writ petition. 4.

The aspect as to whether the petitioner occupies the property in question which is the subject matter of the instant petition or the petitioner is seeking directions for the connection of the electricity on some different premises are the aspects which can be looked into by the Consumer The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Grievance Redressal Forum ["CGRF"], if the petitioner takes up appropriate application before the said authority. 5.

The stand of the respondent-Corporation can also be examined by the CGRF.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court directs the petitioner to approach the CGRF in terms of Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003. 7.

The petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
