O R D E R

% 19.03.2026 CM APPL. 17212/2026(correction/modification of order) 1.

The present application has been filed under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking rectification of certain typographical errors in the order dated 16.02.2026 passed by this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that in paragraph 5 of the order dated 16.02.2026, an inadvertent error has crept in whereby a reference has been made to paragraph '23' instead of paragraph '33' of the order dated 23.12.2025. It is further submitted that the word 'his' has been erroneously recorded in place of 'her' while referring to the application of the Appellant. It is submitted that the aforesaid errors are purely clerical in nature and do not have any bearing on the merits of the order.

application is allowed.

Having considered the submissions and perusing the record, this Court is satisfied that the errors pointed out are typographical/clerical mistakes apparent on the face of the record and are liable to be corrected in exercise of powers under Section 152 CPC.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Paragraph 5 of the order dated 16.02.2026 shall be read as under:

"Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 states that Respondent No.1 shall not give effect to paragraph 33 of the impugned order dated 23.12.2025 till the next date fixed in the matter, i.e., 19.03.2026, provided that the appellant also cooperates in the adjudication of her application for payment of rent on the next date."

The order dated 16.02.2026 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent. 7.

The present application is disposed of in the above terms.
