Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application is pending before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "DRT") for more than nine months. 4.

In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to move a detailed application with regard to their urgency before the learned DRT.

As soon as the application is filed, we expect that the learned DRT shall consider and decide the said urgent application expeditiously.
