The present revision petition is directed against orders dated 16.01.2026 and 22.01.2026, passed by the learned Family Court, in execution proceedings arising out of orders on maintenance in favour of the respondent - wife and against the petitioner - husband. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Vijay K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner. In particular, he submits that, if the petitioner is able to deposit the entire amount of arrears of maintenance, he may be permitted to move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court. 3.

The present petition, alongwith pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission. 4.
