There has been no compliance of the order dated 09.08.2018 whereby the awarded amount was to be deposited by the judgment debtors.

Mr. Gogna, who, appears for judgment debtor no. 2 says that he needs further time to take instructions from judgment debtor no. 1. 2.1 The request is acceded to.

The judgment debtors will comply with the order prior to the next date of hearing unless the order is stayed by an Appellate Court. 4.

Barring the aforesaid, in case, there is a failure to comply with the directions issued on 09.08.2018, the Chief Engineer of judgment OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 9/2018

debtor no. 1 shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
