This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, inter alia seeking the following reliefs:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate thereby directing the respondent nos. 1 & 2 to dispose off the representations dt. 30.05.2023 of the Petitioners in accordance with law, thereby, completing the deficiency of the petitioners."

Mr. Chauhan, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent is directed to decide The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. their representation dated 30.05.2023 which was addressed to both the respondents no.1 and 2.

Since the petitioners seek innocuous prayer for disposal of the representation dated 30.05.2023, the writ petition is allowed. 4.
Respondents no.1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the representation dated 30.05.2023 within six weeks from today. The same would be without prejudice to rights and contentions of respondents no.1 and 2.

The petition is disposed of in above terms. The pending application is also disposed of.

Needless to state that the petitioners would have right to challenge the same in accordance with law.
