The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus to Quash Impugned order dt. 11.12.2023 passed by the Addl DCP, Dwarka Dist., New Delhi and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom; and b. Pass any such order[s] as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice of the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a statutory appeal in terms of Section 51 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978, with respect to the impugned order.
