The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "A) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order dated 06.12.2023 passed by the Ld. Court of Ms. Shail jain, Principal District & Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Court in Criminal Revision No. 126 of 2023, or B) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ to order the investigation of the complaint by concerned police station under Section 156 (3) of CrPC, or C) Pass such further or other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."
